I I.A.Usmani (advocate) Consumer No:5743 has booked my refill on 06/09 with void booking no:76 has not been supplied so far and again booked on 23/09 where no serial number has given. Kindly look into the matter and furnish the supplying of refilling and take the necessary action in the matter...
