We are a registered private limited company from India. We had supplied Potatoes last year but the party has not paid us the rest of the amount. They have also ordered me a FCL of Peanut kernels. They did not retire the goods for more then 15 days. some how i reached Malaysia in time & get it sold to other party in Malaysia. I get to know that this party is conman and when i reached their office i got the information that there are so many other parties are the victim of fraud of this Party. My humble request is that one should conduct a serious inquiry in the matter. Their office is in such a location that one induce to believe that the party is genuine. Since my amount is small i avoid to file a complaint against them. We are business unit we do not have the time to keep on reminding them & all. They are importing in big numbers & finally do not pay & exporter are not having time for all types of correspondence & all.
