Poor service and food quality in trains

Sir/madam,

nowadays the quality of service and food being provided in the trains are very poor. the food and tea etc that are provided by the irctc in the trains are of the worst possible quality that can be provided. i dont know what the indian railways is doing?

if the officers are there just to accept the commision from the irctc to keep quite regarding the service provide,

then what is this govt for?
