You should have to put serious concern to the matter that the food quality in the pantry cars in your trains have deteriorated to the level of infinity. People are falling sick because of the poor quality of foods in the trains. I have personal experience with the food quality in howrah yeshwantpur express & the howrah yeshwantpur duronto express. How can the food quality be so bad that people are falling sick? Is there nobody looking into the quality of the food served in the trains? Train number 2863 and 2864 is having extremely poor quality of food. The rice quality is very low in quality. The dal provided is so thin that its full of water without any pulses. The egg curry is spoilt and sour in taste. The chicken curry is not cooked properly and the chicken has raw blood inside which implies that it has not been cooked properly. The fans in the train compartment is not working and we have to bear the heat while travelling. How can you dare to provide such cheap service when we are paying for the service and you should provide minimum acceptable service. Really the railway has spoilt being in the hands of the government. The railway ministry is not looking into the train service at all. People like us are not feeling safe at all travelling in the trains because of poor service, low quality foods, dirty and filthy train compartments, dirty pantry car people, smelling bathrooms and never ending problems. I expect that somebody will look into this mail and try getting the quality of food and the service of the pantry car improved effectively and immediately. People like us are travelling every other day by trains and we expect that our feedback is acted upon seriously and the service is improved immediately.
