1) Firstly let me inform u that the quality of ccd is goin from bad to worse. The hygiene of the staff is pathetic and they do not use handgloves, nose masks, nothing..they sneeze and everything is directly in the devil's own n on the sizzling brownie.and the garbage wala just takes the garbage backs from the sitting area with stink and dirty clothes dropping the garbage all around the sitout area. The tables are not clean, floor is pathetic and especiallyin the tarnaka ccd, not even one airconditioner is working.u could rather call it a store room than CCD.The area managers or the store managers are i guess sleeping.
2) Let me put it straight forward to u CCD guys. u people are just bluffing people visiting ur stores. u charge so high and there's no paneer in the paneer sandwich and no chicken tikka in the chicken tikka sandwich..one's really lucky if he opens and finds some..be aware my dear friends of hyderabad..and the chocooolooolate fantasy..its not even worth fantasising it.. its like polymer rubber chains.. dry n awfull do u call it a pastry ccd people!! and black forest... yuk.. u guys were perfect when u used to get stuf from hazelnut..But i can understand fooling people is so common in a country like ours..so u guys took it as a challenge and started bugging us..now u get pastries from country oven which itself is pathetic.hats off to u ccd guys.quality food always troubles u rite!!
3) And the worst part is the outlet in somajiguda serves expired chocolate sauce. cool rite! i ordered a hot chocolate and found it stinking.went and checked the choco sauce..it was 3 months expired..shooock of my life!! pls stop bluffing and killing people first.you guys are charging high ..we are okay wid it..but justify it..or else u'l soon have to shut ur outlets once people realise wats happening inside..
