Suspicion about mixing of tissue paper in milk to make it dense

Dear Sir,

I would like to your notice that I suspect that this place adds tissue papers while boiling the milk to make it dense. The details are as follows: I am a resident of ahmedabad city in gujarat. Last evening I went to an area in ahmedabad called Law garden with my parents. While returning we stopped by a fast food opposite national handloom at law garden near C. G road. We had Badam kesar milk at this outlet. While returning when I was near my home, i noticed that a remaining bit of the milk in my mouth was a piece of paper when I checked it carefully. I was really angry at this suspicion of mine because my father is a kidney patient. It was late night at around 10.30 and it was pointless to go to the shop and argue about this. I want to have their products examined thoroughly and check if they are actually playing with the health of consumers.

Please let me know if you would be able to initiate any type of investigation from your side. If not, let me know where can I approach for this action. Looking forward to your earliest action.
