We have a shop in DA block hari nagar market;who charges customer at times more than the MRP and in case if the customer does not have change;he gives them some stuff or the other which does not sell.
He at times abuses the customers saying"samaan lena hai to lo, nahi to jao'.
he does not have basic custome etiquettes
