I went to hotel and I buy a food items cost Rs 485.

Hotel People also charge me Rs49.5 as services charges but we dont have the meals at hotel it was just an take away from our side than what kind of services charges I should pay to them. I also Inform the authorities that its not valid. Mr Prem Singh available at that place said " Its aur own hotel and we have our own rules... He was rude with us and force us to pay the bill. we do that and i have bill with me... Plz help people those aur guest of are state. And some people are damaging the image of aur peacefull state... plz help government or concering authorities.
