Non dekivery of gas cylinde

Respected Sir,

i have a INDANE GAS connection whose service is provided by MODERN GAS AGENCY, TANSEN NAGAR, GWALIOR (M.P), My gas conection no.is 37710 .i booked my cylinder on date 28-08 but i dont have take my cylinder, i had call in modern gas agency second time for reminder on date 15-09 but he didnt give any response, and the staff who is working over there have no maner how talk with customer, they always talk in rough language.

Please consider my complaint and try to give reach my cylinder to me in two days.
