I guess we have to be little cautious when we buy things using internet services. I had ordered a cake (thruogh India cakes) on 24th April to be delivered in Delhi (paid using internet debit card). It did reached but the top of the cake was spoilt. I brought this to the notice of indiacakes the very next day via their facebook page. They promised that they will deliver the cake again in proper condition. Since then i have sent them mails and called their customer service too..but now they are refusing to resend the cake. I belive if there is a problem like this, the employer should make sure that they amend their mistakes. I am very unhappy with their services.
