A big Embarrassment_Disappointing Service

Hi,

I had made an online order to send a Cake and Cookies combo to my friend in Banglore (CCNow order number is: 194-18-9336).

I’m really disappointed the way the IndiaFlowerPlaza people had delivered it to my friend:

 Cake was delivered in a poly bag (mind that it was not in even a box). The cake was messed up when it reached to my friend.

 Cookies were all broken and was not in a state that someone go for eating

I was really embarrassed to listen all this from my friend, it was even more frustrating when delivery man said we never deliver cake and cookies we are specialize in flower delivery only.

I had communicated the same to IndiaFlowerPlaza but I didn’t get any feedback from them.

This incidence has surely made me not to use such services and not to recommend it to anyone.
