I placed an order with www.indiaflowermart.com for a 1kg strawberry cake to be delivered on 14th march on my parents anniversary. the cake was never delivered and when i called them as i stay in italy i had to make international call their customer service agent MS SUPRIYA had no answer than when i asked for refund she was very rude in aswering yes we will refund and kept repeating rudly before i could speak and dint allow me to speak. now i am still waiting for refund which is not made yet. i send them so many emails but yet so far not even my single email is reverted back. please who ever want to order gifts online please do not order from india flower mart as they rob you and your order will never be delivered. the reviews of customer on their site is fake as when you are online on site you can never write review so its them who write all fake reviews please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM INDIA FLOWER MART.COM PLEASE.

i have not received any feedback on email when i tried to contact customer service it was of no help i spoke with supriya who was not able to answer why the item was not delivered and asked me to call after 30 minutes when i called back she had no answer and when i said is this service you provideif you dont deliver than refund me at this time she sounded very rude and said yes we will refund you and she repeated this 2 times in rude manner before i could say anything else. this is good customer service i must appreciate right
i placed order with you looking at your feedback from other customers but i think its all fake i know my saying will not make any difference to you because who cares for 1 customer but always remember if you guys continue with such bad service in long compition world you will not servive.
i want you guys to refund me back if you are not able to deliver my item this was anniversary gift for my old parents i am upset but dont want to say anything because i know it was be speaking to wall so just do me a last favor if not delivered refund me back if you are not able to refund than i deeply request you please deliver asap.
