Cold Drink Excess Rates

I regulary used to have journy by Indian Railway. But when I want to purchase any cold drinks from rail counters excessive charges were charged each time (e.g. 500ml Slice bottle MRP Rs 24 is sold for Rs 30). And if you ask for the rate difference, their orrogance comes out. Please do something on this issue if anybody can. This is happened with me on bhusawal station.By Pune Nagpur express.
