When I was going for Delhi by Purba Mail Train then I notice that railway's cooker person who were serve the food delivery they demand more money boyend the price marke of the food. For example a cook man demand Rs. 25 for 600 ml cold drink, but it was just Rs 23... Rs 75 is the price of one plate rice only. Is it possible to the poor people for just taking food? Railway Govt. should notice on this matter.
