Supply of junk food

I was travelling in train no. 241 on 15th January vide ticket no. 79228468 and PNR no. 210 1379811. The breakfast served was very old i.e. the bread served was full of fungus. The lady who was from Gujarat in front of my seat also had the same problem. We are expending a huge amount on the ticket so much that there is no problem whatsoever it may be. But the contractors alongwith the cook and the caterers are making a fool of the railways. They are providing junk food or half of the meal to earn a huge amount of money for the last few year. There is no checking of these kind of activities.

Secondly I made a complaint to this effect to the Station Master, Shimla the same day. but no action has been taken place as yet. Instead while I was returning back on the 16th evening, the cook and the incharge felt sorry of the incident but neither the contractor, Mr. Malhotra and his wife who are the main culprits of this incident felt to give an explanation to this effect.

I hope the railway authorities are also making money alongwith them who don't even care to understand the problem of their passengers who are paying for getting comfort and good meals during hourney.
