AZAD hotel was once famous for its good quality food, especially Biriyanis..But recently I've seen their quality has become so poor..I've experienced this personally twice in the last 2 months..Yesterday two of my relatives (one of them a doctor) experienced the same..They complained straightaway to the hotel authorities..But the authorities are simply denying that fact..This is been going on for a while and is so serious in this particular division (Over bridge)..Don't know about their other branches.
