Respected Sir,

(1) Train No. 12505 North East Express for 16th May chart prepared on 15th May evening 5.00 P.M. why? As per Railway rule chart prepared before 6 hors living train.

(2) Train caters not mention the food quality, quantity and charged the excess price fixed by IRCTC.

(3) In reserved coach so many unreserved passenger travel. Train TTE allows this type of passenger. Why?

(4) Before the Mural Shari station train water stock empty, no body checks the train water.

(5) This train is superfast train, but reach ANVT (Delhi) more than 5 hours late, why?

Please look in this matter and take the necessary action. I am highly thankful to you if provided me action taken report hard copy.
