I wanted to buy grocery for this month and I picked up all the grocery from the Joseph Stores (kottivackam, ECR, Chennai).
When I provided Sodexho coupons while billing, they told me that there will be an additional charge of 3% on my total bill because I gave Sodexho. I enquired about the reason and they said they lose 5% while exchanging these coupons.
As per my understanding, the above statement from the storekeeper was incorrect. When I requested them to include the additiona charge as part of the bill, they said they will not. Also, they behaved very rudely that buy the grocery only if you can pay the additional amount or pay by cash. Else leave the shop.
I may need your kind help in resolving this. My employer deducts the exact amount from my salary against the sodexho coupons and when I exhange them for food, I've been asked to pay additional amount on this.
