Me and My husband decided to go to Le meridien on 2nd April for Mid Night buffet (a la carte), we reached their at 2: 30 am and ordered food (Pasta with tomato sauce and chicken curry with 2 paratha’s)
Order came after 45 mins and we we started having chicken curry it had cockroach in it.
After repetative complaint the manager and waiters out their did not took any action, and when asked for customer diary/ feedback form/ complain diary; They refused to give it to us and mentioned that they dont have it.
After I yelled at them to meet someone who is above them and can take some action their assistant food & beverage manger- Mr. Arbind Singh came. neither he gave us the diary to write a complaint nor was ready to accept their mistake.
I think so serious action should be taken against them as their was no quality control check nor customer service. Complete trust was broken and faith too.
Each one of us go to 5 star hotel because of hygine and better quality of food & service but when such 5 star hotels starts doing all this then it gives us no option but to complaint.
