Dear Sir/Madam,
Good Morning. I am a consumer of HP gas dealer "MADHUMITHA GAS AGENCIES", Ashok Nagar, Chennai. My Consumer number is 609188. I have booked for refilling of my cylinder on 21st Feb. Even after a month (22nd March), the refilled cylinder was not delivered. I tried more than 20 times to call the agency and they are not even picking up the phone. I even tried to call HP gas Customer Care number but they were also not picking up the phone. Since I am having a Single cylinder connection, it is very difficult to Manage the familiy. This is continously happening for the past six months. I have also registered a complaint in their portal on 2nd Feb (Complaint Number : 11077770) but it is still pending. Kindly do the needful to get the refilled cylinders on time.
