Monginis Cake (black Forest 1/2kg).
I had brought Monginis Cake from Monginis Cake Shop (Vasant Garden, Swapna Nagari, Mulund (W), Mum 80) on 21st August for My wifes Birthday at 9.30pm,
We had cut the cake & distrubuted to family members, then we came to know that
the Cream on The Cake was Smelling though it was late due to night, I went to the Shop for replacement on 22nd Aug in morning & requested the shopowner to replace the cake, he ask to bring the underplate of the Cake, though the company doesnot accept the replacement, i req him that though i was not awear of the underplate will require for the replacement i had thrown the plate, i req him that i had proof of the bill given by him, but the shopowner said that the bill doesnt make any value for the replacement of the cake.
I just want to ask to the comp, is this the way customer complaint to be solved.
Where the bill donot have any value, or comp is not bothered for the Service.
I had previosly Submit the 2 Complaints, but the date of purchasing the cake was by mistakely typed wrong.
