This Complaint is against the Monginis Foods and their franchisee Gayatri cake Shop IIT Powai.
I ordered the cake for 1st July with a theme of cricket ground with players of 2kg butter scotch flavour, I got a call on Saturday 31st that the monginis foods doesn’t know to make players mould so give some other design, I was just planning for a another design, at that time a call came from the company that they will make the cake. Gayatri cake shop took Rs 1100.00 for a theme cake. But when I got the delivery of the cake I was shocked to see the cake, Ground should be circle, they made it rectangle. All the players were designed so horrible and every one was sleeping on the ground. The cake was hard and awful to eat, just because I was not having time, I took the Delivery, but my sons birthday party was spoiled. I just want to ask the Monginis company officials are you the same company who was No.1 in the cake industry, Don’t you have any inovative ideas or thinking to grow the company? Are the company still working in 1972 batch. I will never order the cake from you or recommend it to others.
