The vendor of mother dairy at DA block Hari Nagar, New Delhi - 110064 (RDP no. 646 LIG Flats, Ghanta Ghar, Hari Nagar) misbehaved with my mother, an elderly lady of 65 years for not having the change, on asking him to behave properly he told that he had no milk in the dairy for her... she had to come back without milk... embarrassed. Is this what the elders are supposed to face in the capital of the country...
can anyone suggest whom to approach to avoid further inconvenience to someone like us.
