Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring in your notice that I have purchased “Mother Dairy Dahi” 200 gm pack on 18th June’2012 –Monday from a local dairy shop at Ashokvan Rawalpad, Dahisar (East) Mumbai 400 068.
To my utmost surprise curd from that packet was stale when opened (same day 18th June’2012). It has a different taste than normal Mother dairy curd and showing elasticity (or Taar) when touched.
Following are the details of that packet:

Even if lid of that packet was showing manufacturing only one day old, I am still shocked to see how a food product of such a reputed company could be stale like this that also when it is being consumed only a day after the manufacturing.
I am sure there must be some major goof ups either at your manufacturing unit or in the distribution system. I sincerely request you to rectify the problem as soon as possible because it can be hazardous to the lives of many people/children who consume your product with blind faith.
I hope my request will be answered and appropriate actions will be taken in this regard very quickly.
