In response to the subjected cited above that the undersigned has booked vide no-3716, dt.21.01.2010 for supply of gas but your said dealer has failed to supply me the home delivery as I have intimate and request several times. I am also returning 3 times from your dealer's godown which is 7 Kms far away from my home. In the manner your aforesaid dealer has harassed me a lot.
Further I have lodged a complain vide No-09029746, dt.10.02.2010 in your website, so please remarks the same.
So, Sir, many other customers like me your said dealer have failed to home delivery in time and falsely maintaining the accounts, without paying money receipt to the people for blackmarketing, which cause dissatisfaction by the people of Bargarh town and suffered a lot with mental pain and agony.
Therefore, I on behalf of Netaji Yubak Sangha, Bargarh request your good office to struck up your aforesaid dealer's licence and allotted a new dealer for smooth running having with strong terms and conditions or request otherwise I will be compelled to approach the higher authority as well as the vigilance and the crime branch authority of the state to enquire into the matter regarding yours dealer's intentional, malafide action in non-suply of Gas to the home.
