Lets begin by explaining the reason of delivery, It was to be for my son's 8th birthday, He was to begin his day with a delivery between 7:30 am - 2:00 pm (extra fee charged for this) of a Black Forest Cake along with some chocolates, Birthday card, roses and teddy bear. As you can desimanate from the information provided at the begining of this complaint all details were pre arranged and payment was drafted from bank 6 days in advance. Upon the morning of 22 Sept my son awakens fully anticipating of the arrival of birthday gift to be delivered as any 8 year old would. After patiently waiting all day it is unfortunate that Muffins Cakes did not meet their obligation therefore not only dissapointing a 8 year old boy on his birthday, have now lost a customer forever. At 3:12 pm I contacted Muffins Cakes by e-mail because no one would answer phone calls in regards to why delivery has not been sent, keep in mind we have a very dissapointed young boy. Manit replies that delivery is on the way and that due to Ganpati Visargan the roads are jammed and it will be delivered at the earliest. This is where I really begin to believe that Manit is not a man of his word, because everyone knows the festval is a well known event that does not begin until 3:30 pm. The first of Manit's lame excuses. To this date 23 Sept no delivery has been made nor any attempt by Manit to correspond and rectify his shortcomings. I feel that a business man, which you are not Manit would not stoop to dupe an 8 year old boy out of his due on his birthday. It is strictly in my opinion that you have commited a crime of theft, along with perjury. I will post this comment on all sites that will accept it in order to possibly prevent this from happening to another unsuspecting father trying to make his sons birthday special.
