I have placed an order, and that was never delivered to the US address of my relatives in April. Moreover, Mr. Manit from Muffins Cake Shop sent a mail confirming the non-delivery. He confirmed that the money will be refunded back to the card in 10-15 days, now it is over 2 months money has not been credited back to my card.
There were 2 reminders sent, but no-one responded to those mails.
I don't want this thing to get ugly in future, as i have been a regular customer of theirs. I would request Mr. Manit and other officials involved in Muffins Cake shop to take this matter seriously and credit back my money immediately.
