I ordered for a sweet box for Diwali, online in Gifttoindia.com and I paid through online banking.. The Order no. is GTI031120107. & their cell no09230721098. After a week's time I havent get the sweet box or the responsible answer from them. Am not able to reach them or to get any answer as the line is always busy. Could you please help me out in getting either the sweets or the money back?
