##??? Quality Worldwide##
Complaint: I purchased a Slice 500 ml. plastic bottle on July 03, '11 from Noida. I drank a little & found it acidic. Immediately I complained about it to the so.. called Pepsi Co., India Customer Service Manager's No.: 1800 22 4020, ##To my Surprise there was No Live Assistance##..so, I had to Record my message within a given time frame..The same night I got ##Food Poisoning##, spent a few bucks for medicines. n diagnosis..I received a call from co. representative a few days later asking about the bottle details, ##I told that 'm nt satisfied, they were least concerned & only wanted to know the batch##..I provided them the details.
##Just Wanted To Bring This Issue To The Notice Of The Company & Its Customers.##
