I would like to inform that some I T issue in shipra outlet.

Out (going) voice can not listen other side. Voice is not recording.

I purchased N790i (black) on july 10. first hand free lid error I changed form service center and I got after two month it was too late. Then after problem with my cell It worked well for almost a 10 month, but when i tried to talk other side people he could not be able to listen my voice but I listening his voice.

I took the handset to the company repair center at GNH TELECOM 1ST FLOOR BHAVAN, SHARAM MKT. ATTA CHOWK SEC-27, NOIDA01 TEL-09953200507, 9953200508. They took the handset giving me the memory card back and asked me to collect it in 3 days. They returned me after 25 days. After 5 days I faced same problem and again given to them and colleted. After working five days again I faced problem same it is total three time same problem. I totally disappointed. Again given to them to repair and waiting for repair.

The behavior of the service center people is really disappointing. Sometimes they keep me on hold for almost 4-5 minutes.

When I deposited the phone at the service center, it was under warranty period –

I am working 12 hours and it is not possible for me to travel to the repair center every now and then. Needless to mention that I am depending on my friends' telephones. It is impossible to buy a new phone.
