This is to inform that I had raised online request to return 2 Empty Water Jars of 20 litres on 3rd May, 2022 (Request No: 6515650074) and that day BISLERI Call Center Agent had informed me that Water Jars would be pick up by their sales team within 7-10 days.
I have been following up Daily since last 5 days and requested Customer care team to provide me timeline when they can send people to pick up Jars but they told me they can not give commitment on timeline and would contact me by end of day. I waited daily to get call back from Customer Care Team but no one has yet contacted me even single time. Customer Care Agent named as "Sonali" told me twice that she would contact her Manager to escalate the issue and fulfill my order but all commitments done by her found false.
To my surprise, the above mentioned request (No: 6515650074) has been closed by BISLERI Customer Care Team on 14th May, 2022 without contacting me and providing any resolution.
Also note that I had to call at least 10 times daily to connect call center agent in last 5 days and explained the same things but still BISLERI Customer Care team did not fulfill my requests.
I had also sent email communication twice in last two days
(Ticket No: 6515650074 & Ticket No: 6525187953) and the both times tickets were closed directly by Customer Care team without contacting me.
I had never expected PATHETIC and THIRD GRADE service from a brand name like BISLERI.
BISLERI Customer Care team has wasted my valuable time in last 5 days.
BISLERI Team - If you want to keep in this business then Improve your customer and sales services and also Focus on customer satisfaction
Hope someone will address my concerns and take needful actions ASAP.
