Extra Ruppe Charge on name of cooling by retailors

Sir,

Through this forum I like to voice against a general practice followed by retailer who deals in cold drinking and mineral water business. Every retailer in patna charge Re 1 or 2 extra on cold drinking in name of cooling.

I like that through this forum concerns company should be given notices and something must be done to stop this practice in the city.
