Delay delivery

Dear sir

Iam sorry to say that the Delivery & communication is very very poor of Big Bazaar.

We have Booked Arisa Queen Bed & Arisa Dresser on 18th December at Home Town Bazaar Old Madras Road Bangalore. We paid 25 % of the Total Amount in Advance & Promised to get Delivery within 10 Days i.e 28th December. But till date no Information regarding order satus is conveyed to us. We called up several times to the executives and also visited Big Bazaar many times to know the status, Everytime we were given some nonsense reasons like the consignmnet is delayed and is on transit,

We feel that the executives sitting there have no idea about marketing and sales and not even know how to handle the customers but how to harras them badly.

We were given some contact numbers but even on calling them 100 times no one picks up the call (we tried to reach Vasant and Paul). Finally when we called up on 6th jan regarding the same to the help-desk, we were informed that the stock is not available currently and the executives also don't have any idea when it will come.

As our order is already delayed by 9 days and still we don't know the status on the same, we have finally decided to cancel the order.

I would suggest that if you don't know the details of your items, then don't commit a wrong date to the customer.
