Poor Service from furnishing company

Axiom Furnishing based in Calcutta have let us down and they are holding our money for which they have not supplied the furniture of the quality for the price they charge. We ordered from London to furnish one bed room in a newly built house in South Goa. We were coming to Goa to take the possession of the property and Axiom was asked to furnish one bedroom so that we can stay in our own property. As Axiom suppose to assist N R I we decided that we will give them the entire contract to furnish our 4 bedroom house in Goa. But on arrival when we saw the quality of the furniture we were very disappointed and we rejected the order as the quality was not right and they had made the furniture for the wrong room which they wanted to fix in our guest room. The sub contractor in Goa also agreed but they were taking instruction from Calcutta. This was unacceptable to us. So sub Contractor took the furniture away. We had paid 90% of the order value from London to Axiom and after three months we managed to recover only the half amount and now company is holding our money for furniture they have not supplied and also charging me 10% cancellation charges. They are saying that they will return the money after deducting 10% if and when they sell the furniture. We have been desperately trying to find out when they will return our money. Can any one assist in the matter?
