Its already 10 days and those buggers did not send the fitter/carpenter to fix the Study Table purchased from them. I called them every single day and they would say that they will come tomorrow... but tomorrow never happens! I'll curse the founder Kishore Biyani a million times! They are not bothered about customer satisfaction. Had this been USA, I would have already sued them! This is not the first time I'm dis-satisfied by them. I'm writing this complaint out of frustration! And I know no one would care to take note of this complaint!
