I Sudhakar Jha booked Dining Table Set on 01.11.2010 from Big Bazar Jamshedpur for Rs. 16000/, one recliner chair was offred free as per scheme, the table was delivered on 9.11.2010 but recliner not delivered till date. The chair provided with dining table is defective I have complained about the same to big bazar official for both non delivery of free recliner as per scheme and defect of chairs.
But despite several reminder I am yet to receive recliner and defective chairs also not rectified.
