On 23rd Jan, 10 I have purchased Dreamline 78*60 Mattress from Big Bazaar, 7 Seas complex, Vadodara vide Invoice No. T45/23, which is delivered on 04.02.2010 with 12 months warrantee.
Dreamline mattress damaged (Pressed at sleeping area) nobody can sleep on the same mattress. The complaint lodge over phone to Mr. Jayesh Panchal - Sales executive - big Bazar - 9723434654 on 25.03.2010 after several reminders the same has been replaced on 11.04.2010
The same problem found and complaint lodge over phone to Mr. Jayesh Panchal on 20.03. after several reminder the same has been replaced on 11.04.2010.
Once again the same problem found and complaint lodge over phone to Mr. Jayesh Panchal on 15.04.2010 with requesting for change the quality / company or refund of money. But after several remind, there is time passing attitude and no proper response. I asked his senior’s contact number, status of complaint etc., but he is unable to give any information.
Till today there is no response from M/s Big Bazaar. Hence you are requested to please arrange to solve this problem and provide the compensation as below :-
1. Sleepless nights – NO Mental Peace Rs. 25000/-
2. Mattress Cost Rs. 3000/-
