Delivery Pending from last 1 month

I have Ordered for a COT on 12 th April in BIG BAZAR (Habsiguda), After the billing was done they told that they don't have any stock available and will deliver the Product within 3 Weeks, but its already more than 3 weeks and the product is yet not delivered.

When contacted with the local authorities there is no fruitfull result, they simply hung up the phone by saying don't disturb us.
