I had booked a Modular Kitchen from Creativve Home Decor Pvt Ltd. The Contract was for Rs 225999.87ps I had paid an advance of Rs 115000/- on the 13th of Sept. The owner is Mr Santosh His contact No 9881900360/ 9765267111 AND HISLAND LINE No is 020-41322220.

The contract was to be done within a period of 25 days from the date of payment and confirmation of order. The order was confirmed on the 13th of Sept and 50% of the Advance Payment of Rs 115000/- was paid to Mr Santosh Of Creativve Home Décor By Cheque which was immediately encashed. B ut only 25% of the kitchen frames was delivered in the 1st week of Jan after consistantly contacting him to fix my Modular Kitchen. The masonary work for fitting the Kitchen Platform is so bad that the full frame is already moving and plus the Granite fitted is scratched and the workmanship is of such a Bad Quality & Grade that I do not wish to continue further with his workmanship and fitting of the rest of the Modular Kitchen. Mr Santosh had come with his Mason and they told me that the work done by them is correct and there is no compromise on the Quality. So I want toCancel the Contract and try to recover my amount paid that is Rs 115000/- because I am not satisfied with his work and the Sub_standard Quality of work and Material used. But he is refusing to return my money and is insisting that I pay the balance of Rs 114000/- which I have refused seeing his quality of work. Please do try to help me as to how to recover my money and how do I set my my Kitchen if at all I go to the Consumer Court in Pune.
