I have purchased one Bed room set (BDHB181, BDFR184, BDST02, BDWR2D2, BDDR1) from Twenty First Techno Products Pvt. Ltd., C/o City Mall 36, Shop no. 56, GE Road, Telibandha, Raipur-492006. I placed the order on 29.01.2012 vide Estimate Slip No. 365. Order No. SLS/SO/11-12/15061, Customer Order No. SK/2040. Byer Code C20609. I paid the full amount cash with the condition that the material will be supplied on 20.02.2012.
1. they failed to supply on due date and supplied on 26.02.2012 vide invoice No. RAI/SI/11-12/01845 that too after reminding through phone call.
2. Till today they have not installed/assembled the same. Yesterday they called me over telephone and confirm the installation work for today i.e. 04.03.2012. I cancelled my all programme and stayed at home waiting them for their arrival. They did not come and kept me waiting.
3. They do not respond properly over telephone and subsequently do not pick up the telephone.
4. This type of irresponsible attitude will not only harm the company but at the same time bad name to the company.
under this circumstances may I request you to draw your attention against the dealer at Raipur and may I hope some action against him. Should I be informed about the same.
