I had bought a leather recliner from Durian's Gurgaon showroon in Mar. Within 6 months, despite of very limited usage, its so-called high-density foam sagged, its leather got creased very badly, got cracked and dis-colored at a number of places. After repeated follow-ups, Durian repaired the recliner but repairs didn't last for more than 3 months and cracks started re-appearing. Since then, I have had multiple follow-ups (complaints in Customer Services dept, emails to corporate/marketing teams) but to no avail.
I feel that going to Consumer Forum appears like the only option left.
Please help me.
