Gurantee unserves as spares unavailable

This is with regard to product id 83579 that i bought from MGF Megacity Mall in Gurgaon on 14th July.

Unfortunately the electrician broke the bulb and since then my ordeal of not being able to replace the bulb started. I took the premium product much due to Eglo's brand name and a 2year gurantee.

I was surprised to find that i didn't get the bulb in the open market. Moreso, when i reached out to the shop and later on to Eglo's website to lodge a compaint there was hardly any favorable response that i recieved.

I got a call after couple of days (sometime in early August) from Vinay (9953323955) suggesting that he will arrange for the bulb but i will have to pay for it. I submitted that its absolutely fine and then he suddenly vanished. I have made multiple calls to him since then to get only a few answered. Each time he answered the phone he has commited that he will arrange for the shop where the bulb is going to be available but all i have managed till now is the words but no bulb.

The model is such that i cant use it till i dont get the bulb and interestingly it has a "2 year Gurantee Tag".

It is sheer wastage of my time and fraudulent representation by Eglo. If an international company cannot serve spares for its Indian customers, they should not be allowed to serve in India.

I have been asking for a refund of rs 1800/ paid for the light but i have stopped getting any response at all
