RECEIVED MONEY BUT NOT SEND THE ARTICLE

i have paid full amount for a TV Stand for the above compay ; but they have not send the TV Stand so far ; he tells some or other reason whe ever i contact him in person and by phone; what can i do to get the TV Stand or money.
