Delays in delivery

Purchase a whole lot of furniture from hometown.

The delivery people call up almost every day to tell you that they are unable to deliver.

For the third item I have purchased the delivery guys have the same excuse.

"someone in the dispatches has passed away. so we will delay the delivery"

Incredibily this is after three weeks of the first purchase - SAME EXCUSE!

Much as I like the store in terms of the range of options - the service is the worst! - W.O.R.S.T!!!

Customer service person does not take calls...
