Defective supply of sofa

I have purchased one Micro sofa 3 seater at Rs 15314.00 from Godrej Interio Showroom at Brabourne Road, Kolkata of the above firm with Kolkata Regd. Office at Block GN, Sector V, Saltlake City, Kolkata-700091 vide cash memo no. 801/24102354 dt 26.10.2010. Sofa is defective from the very date of supply as it is making abnormal noice while using it. Complaints lodged at service dept. of firm vide service report no. 436582 dt.12.11.2010. No tangible result obtained except the visit of service mechanic.
