Product defective and no response after sales

I have taken one Godrej Vienna King Bed on 12/02 from GULSHA FURNISHERS & INTERIORS, E-561-D, PALAM EXTENSION, SEC-7, DWARKA, NEW DELHI-45.

BILL NO-- 452, Rs.14512.

I had a talk with customer care on 21/8 as the fittings of the bed are improper and it has come out to be damaged as well as defective.

the very same day the complaint was registered at the godrej support system and the complain no . is - 529440.

they mentioned a TAT of 48hrs and the response is still pending till date.

Continuous reminders have been sent from our site but the action has still not been taken.

Mr Anil Gupta from Godrej Service Centre (mobile no --9810241893) had committed to revert back within 15-20 mins on 26/08, but we have not received any communication from his side as of now.

The after sales service from Godrej Inerior is quiet below the satisfaction level.

One of our family members got hurt badly due to the improper fitting of the bed.

we would like Godrej to compensate us for the loss suffered.
