No delivery even after 100% advance payment

I have booked a Modular Kitchen with this company retails showroom in Gurgaon and since 5 months of booking this is still not delivered completely.

Calling 100 times to store manager with no response!!!

I am under huge mental and financial harressment as 100% payment is taken in advance.
