If you are planning to buy any furniture for your home, one shop that you don't want to deal with is Home & Beyond in Anna Nagar, Chennai. I heard their head office is in Mumbai and their parent company's name is 'Sanskiiti'. These guys sell inferior quality products and do not know the meaning of customer service. More over they are great liars and cheaters. I paid a hefty amount for a good looking sofa which didn't last for than 16 months. The company's MD himself sold me this product mentioning that it is 100% Italian Leather sofa. Within a year, the so called 'Italian Leather' started peeling off and when I contacted them they don't provide any warranty for more than 6 months and pointed back to me saying that the sofa was mis-handled. But the technician whom they sent to inspect the sofa agreed that it was not Leather and the product might have got damaged in rain during transit. The technician's feedback was not even considered by the management and they refused to replace their inferior product.
So, do not waste your hard earned money by dealing with this company. This is my sincere suggestion for those who are planning to buy furniture or any kind of product that this company may deal with.
