Pending delivery and complaints and non-addressal of grievances

I purchased a sofa set comprising of a 3 seater, 1 two seater, an armchair, 2 end tables and 1 centre table on 16th April from Home Centre, Lifestyle, Koramangala (Order No. 104 in the name of Mohd. Yasir). The due date for delivery of the same was 28th April. Everything except the centre table was delivered to us on 28th April, while a customer care representative told us that we will get the pending delivery on 3rd MAy. Also upon installation of the delivered furniture, it was found that the armchair had a bolt missing; the 2 seater had a cracked plyboard and the 3 seater was shaky and its cushions did not match the rest of the set. We were told that all the complaints as well as the pending delivery will be made on 3rd May. Till today, we have not received the delivery and any calls made to the store is dealt with unprofessional and callous attitude where it is told that we will be called back to respond to our enquiry but noone from the store calls on their own. Its harrassment as every single day we have to make calls to the store where they refuse to tell us when our purchase will be delivered to us. The full payment for the whole set has been made on 16th April.
