Delay in delivery without any response

I ordered a sofa and dining table from Home Town, Bangalore Central on 22nd August and I paid 25% of money as advance. I was promised that they will be delivered within a month at any case. I have been trying to reach them at the given number (080 42075125) multiple times but nobody picks up the phone. In case somebody picks it up they take the receipt# (2087004069) and promise to get back. And they never got back till date. This is impacting my plan to move to my new house and thereby adding to my cost.

I have seen many similar complaints (i.e. delay and service related) against HomeTown in this forum and so wondering if there is any benefit in doing such posts. However, still posting it here in case it helps in expediting the delivery in my case and help improve services from Home Town for future customers.
